Отдел персонала - 3 человека (начальник, кадровик и спец-т по подбору)
Основные задачи - подбор "технического" персонала (инженеры, проектировщики, ГИПы и т.д.), участие в общих проектах отдела.
Требования - голова на плечах и готовность много общаться, приветствуются, естественно, минимальные знания в области подбора.
